I have always found motivation in helping others succeed. My interest for personal devolopment and performencebased mental training began in 2012 during one of many leadership courses. Ever since then I have studied how our mental abilitys can effect our performances.

Using an NLP based coaching I have worked with athletes from al over the world and from different sports. From amatures to top elite athletes. Always with the same goal to help individuals perform their best.
